• A 30-day window is provided for item exchanges; returns are not accepted after this period.
  • During the exchange time frame, you can return the item and receive store credit valid for up to two years.
  • No exchanges or returns are allowed for personally customized items.

Order Cancellation and Refund:

  • A 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • For cancellations after self-pickup, you have 48 hours to return the item for a refund.
  • For cancellations after home delivery, you have 48 hours to contact us, and a return shipping fee of 60 NIS applies.
  • Refunds are processed upon return to the store, with two options: store credit valid for two years or a credit card refund after a 5% deduction.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), One-of-a-Kind, special orders, gift cards, and items purchased on sales or final sale are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  • To return a product, present the items at our store: Lilienblum 46 St., Tel Aviv, 6513454, Israel.
  • We can provide a pickup via our delivery service for a fee of 30 NIS, deducted from the refund payment or credit.

Refund Notification and Processing:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • The full refund amount will be credited, minus all shipping charges (shipping costs are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations and returns. The cancellation of a transaction follows regulations outlined in the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.
