International orders have a flat rate of  150 NIS on all orders and are shipped via DHL express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code. 

Shipping may take up to 7 business days on in stock ready to ship items and between 4-6 weeks on made to order pieces.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

There are 2 options for product returns:

1. Conversion to store credit or website credit for the product value as listed in the purchase.
2. Refound to the credit card with a deduction of 5% of the purchase amount.

Any transaction cancellation and cash refund is subject to a 5% cancellation fee based on the transaction value.

In the case of canceling a transaction for an item purchased in a physical store, it is possible to cancel the transaction and receive a cash refund when the item is returned to us in its original packaging within 48 hours from the date of purchase.

For online store transaction cancellations and cash refunds, you have 72 hours from self-collection or receipt of the shipment by the courier to contact us regarding the transaction cancellation.

You can return the item directly to the store yourself or contact us for collection from you. The shipping cost for each return is 30 ILS.

In the case of receiving free shipping and requesting a transaction cancellation, the customer will be charged for the shipping.

No cash refunds will be given for shipments.

A cash refund for a piece of jewelry will only be accepted when the item is returned to the store.

Return Process:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• The full refund amount will be credited, minus all shipping charges (shipping costs are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
• A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations and returns. The cancellation of a transaction follows regulations outlined in the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.
