- To prevent tarnishing, remove gold-plated jewelry before activities involving moisture or chemicals, store them in sealed plastic bags in dry areas.
- Clean with a 100% cotton or microfiber cloth. Additionally, we provide a re-plating service for a nominal fee.

If it's not in stock, it will be individually made for you and requires a 2-4 week shipping window. Free delivery on local purchases over 500 NIS
Delivery cost: 35 NIS.
International shipping:
International orders have a flat rate of 150 NIS on all orders and are shipped via DHL express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code.
Shipping may take up to 7 business days on in stock ready to ship items and between 4-6 weeks on made to order pieces.

All Ruby Star jewelry is meticulously crafted with precious metals, diamonds, and gems and hand crafted in our studio by local artisans. The standard warranty for silver and gold plated jewelry is 6 months from the purchase date.
For 14K gold jewelry the warranty period is 1 year.
For fine jewelry 8,000 NIS and above, the warranty is extended to three years.
