Shipping & returns Policy
Local Orders are sent with a door-to-door service within a private Local delivery company 3-14 business days.
International orders are shipped by DHL express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code. Shipping from can take between 2-3 weeks.
It is buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
Returns & Exchanges.
All jewelry is hand made so there might be a slight difference from the image. Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 14 days. Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), One-of-a-Kind, special orders, gift cards, and Items purchased on sales or final sale and non-refundable.

To return a product the items must be presented at our store Lilienblum 46 St. Tel - Aviv, 6513454 Israel.
We can provide a pickup via our delivery service. This service costs 30 nis and will be deducted from the refund payment or credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges (Shipping costs will not be returned and it’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs). There will also be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns. The Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
