Valid online and in store
Are there expiration dates on gift cards? No, all our gift cards can be used indefinitely until the card has been fully utilized.
Do you provide physical gift cards? Currently, physical gift cards are not available. However, if you have a special request, please reach out, and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Can the digital gift card be sent directly to the recipient? Unfortunately, the gift card will be sent to the purchaser. Nevertheless, you can easily forward the email to the intended recipient.
Is it possible to receive a refund for my gift card? Our gift cards are non-refundable.
- Store silver jewelry a sealed plastic bag when not in use, to protect it from moisture and water.
- Avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom or other humid areas.
- Silver jewelry will naturally oxidize over time and wear, but it can be polished with a jewelry cloth and cleaned with metal polish or a baking soda and hot water solution.

Gold plating, a layer atop silver, requires special care as tarnishing is natural and influenced by factors like body chemistry and environment.
- To prevent tarnishing, remove gold-plated jewelry before activities involving moisture or chemicals, store them in sealed plastic bags in dry areas.
- Clean with a 100% cotton or microfiber cloth. Additionally, we provide a re-plating service for a nominal fee.

Our in store inventory is limited. If the piece you ordered is in stock it will be shipped within 2-3 days. If it's not in stock, it will be individually made for you and requires a 2-4 week shipping window. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery and we will try to accommodate your requests if it’s in our ability.

We offer a door-to-door service within a private local delivery company for 3-14 business days.
Free delivery on local purchases over 500 NIS
Delivery cost: 35 NIS.
International shipping:
International orders have a flat rate of 150 NIS on all orders and are shipped via DHL express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code.
Shipping may take up to 7 business days on in stock ready to ship items and between 4-6 weeks on made to order pieces.

All Ruby Star jewelry is meticulously crafted with precious metals, diamonds, and gems and hand crafted in our studio by local artisans. The standard warranty for silver and gold plated jewelry is 6 months from the purchase date.
For 14K gold jewelry the warranty period is 1 year.
For fine jewelry 8,000 NIS and above, the warranty is extended to three years.
