It's recommended to remove your jewelry during certain activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising. Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with harsh household chemicals and make sure to store your jewelry in a safe dry place. Storing your pieces individually in soft pouches can help to avoid scuffs and scratches as well.

We offer a door-to-door service within a private local delivery company for 3-14 business days.
Free delivery on local purchases over 500 NIS
Delivery cost: 35 NIS.
International shipping:
International orders have a flat rate of 150 NIS on all orders and are shipped via DHL express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code.
Shipping may take up to 7 business days on in stock ready to ship items and between 4-6 weeks on made to order pieces.

All Ruby Star jewelry is meticulously crafted with precious metals, diamonds, and gems and hand crafted in our studio by local artisans. The standard warranty for silver and gold plated jewelry is 6 months from the purchase date.
For 14K gold jewelry the warranty period is 1 year.
For fine jewelry 8,000 NIS and above, the warranty is extended to three years.
