PERSONAL MEETING & CONFIRMATION
The custom design journey with Ruby Star begins by establishing a personal connection and getting to know you and your vision.
Through a phone call or a personal instore meeting with the designer, we delve into your needs, desires and design inspiration. We discuss the design process, budget, establish a timeline, and explore the specific details of the piece you want to create. You will be guided through the process for a personal and meaningful experience.
Following the introductory, an order confirmation is sent to you, summarizing the discussed details. This includes specifying the type of piece, your preferred gold color, and any additional logistics necessary for the customization. At this stage we require a deposit that is then deducted from your final invoice.
Step 3
RESEARCH & SKETCHING 3D MODELING
Once details are confirmed, we enter the research and sketching phase. Here, we bring your vision to life through sketches and 3D modeling that undergo refinement until the final version is achieved.
Advancing in the process, we source stones and materials for your design. After confirming the sketches, we proceed to create a 3D model and scan the stones. The production phase unfolds through ten meticulous stages, ensuring each piece is carefully crafted and perfected

YOUR PIECE COMES TO LIFE
This is the part where the magic happens. Your piece comes to life through the skilled hands of our goldsmith, stone setters and polishers supervised by the designer herself.
